PHOTO: Bird Turns To An Old Woman in Oleh, Delta State

A black bird allegedly turned into an old woman today, 2nd October 2015, in Oleh, headquarters of Isoko South LGA of Delta State.

The transformation was said to have taken place in a river about 5ft deep at Iyamede street.

View Nigeria reported that, “the bird suddenly
turned to an old woman of about 90s. People were shocked as they saw the woman walking inside the river".

When interrogated, she reportedly said she was a witch flying back from a burial ceremony that took place at their coven last night. According to her, her mates left her and she couldn’t fly any longer so she fell because she was tired of flying.

It was learnt that the woman was about to be lynched by hundreds of residents who called her a witch, when Oleh “vigilante” leader Mr Uka, arrived the scene and pleaded with the angry mobs not to take laws into their hands then called the DPO of Oleh Police Division, CSP Douglas, who drafted anti- robbery policemen to the scene, and took the woman to the station.
