The picture above has gone viral on social media and it is a picture of the Surulere Constituency 1 candidate in the House of Assembly election taking place today,  actor Desmond Elliot of the APC, allegedly counting and sharing money to policemen
and INEC officials today, election day.

PDP stalwarts have alleged that the act is aimed at rigging the polls in his favour with the help of the policemen and INEC officials.

APC stalwarts, on the other hand, have insisted that it is an old picture and Desmond Elliot was only counting money with policemen and other people looking on.
