Mohamed Kuno, a Kenya and former teacher at Garissa, has been cited as the mastermind of Thursday’s terrorist attack at Garissa University in Kenya that killed 147 students
According to a statement from the government, Kuno has three aliases — Sheikh Mahamad, Dulyadin and Gamadhere.
The document says most of his recruits are family members and former students of Madrasa Najah which he uses to carry out terrorist acts in northern Kenya.
As a confirmation, Helen Titus, a 21-year-old student who suffered a bullet wound to her wrist, said the gunmen headed early on to the lecture hall where Christians were in prayer, "They investigated our area. They knew everything." Helen said.
I lift up prayers for Kenyans. Peace be with you all.
