HRM Agbogidi Chukwuka Noah Akaeze 1, the Obi Of Ubulu-Uku in Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State earlier today met with the State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa at the Delta State Government House, Asaba.

The 17 year-old who is also the youngest monarch in
Nigeria emerged after his father, HRM Obi Ofulue III was slain by kidnappers weeks ago.
