Blue Ivy Carter is the 18-month-old daughter of Jay-Z and Beyonce. Born January 7, 2012 in New York, Blue Ivy Carter has always been royalty and is the most affluent celebrity baby ever. Now she has the crown to prove it, as Beyonce shared on her Tumblr: 

 Blue's still a kid but she is stylish and rich beyond words.This picture of her cute baby finger
poking at Beyonce's face from a baby carrier is one of those heart-rending moments any mother can relish.

 

She also posted images of the toddler’s tiny, hot pink heels on her sexy mama’s foot and another of Blue Ivy’s light  peach dress  on a clothes hanger.
