Police Corporal Went Berserk, Kills Christian Eza, Former ADC to Governor Uduaghan

Christian Ifeanyichukwu Eza, Squadron Commander, Mopol 10, Bauchi, and former ADC to Governor Uduaghan felled in the line of duty by the 'friendly' fire of a junior colleague, Thursday night.

Police sources said fallen officer was on routine visit
to a checkpoint along Ahmadu Bello way, Bauchi where he was shot five times by the killer cop who went berserk following a reprimand by Chris Eza.

While confirming the incident to newsmen in Bauchi on Friday, DSP Haruna Mohammed, Police Public Relation Officer, stated that when the incident happened, 

"the victim was rushed to Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital, Bauchi, where he was certified dead by a Medical Doctor and the corpse deposited at the Mortuary for postmortem examination."

The killer cop turned himself in for arrest at a Bauchi police station after the shooting.

Christian Ifeanyichukwu Eza hailed from Erowha in Isoko South Local Governmant Area of Delta State.

I hope and pray the last has not been heard on this case!
