Photo Update: Man Attempting Suicide in Lagos Didn't Ask For 5m - Eye Witness

According to twitter user @Kenegbas, who's been giving real-time update, man attempting suicide on electricity pole in Lekki Phase 1 did not ask for 5million as
reported by some blogs and media houses.
He also reported how EKEDC and their famous ladders in tow got to the scene but couldn't help the situation.
Fire Service was reportedly at the scene but had to push-start their truck and also leave in helplessness.

A kind neighbour who volunteered her inflatable bouncy-castle also had to roll it up when the suicidal man refused to jump down.

A team from the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (Lasema) also was on ground but left as well.
Our response to emergencies as a society has to be world-class. No emergency agency takes full responsibility in cases of emergencies like this.

And seeing how thin the suicidal man looks at close range just breaks my heart. I pray God takes absolute control of the situation.
