Governor vetoes bill requiring transgender to use bathroom of birth sex.

South Dakota's governor, Dennis Daugaard, vetoed a bill, Tuesday, that made the state the first in the U.S. to approve a law requiring transgender students
to use bathrooms and locker rooms that match their sex at birth.

Transgender rights are a new flashpoint in national culture fights following the landmark U.S. Supreme Court ruling that legalized same-sex marriage last year. The high court victory encouraged advocates for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender

A governor trying to make commonsense? In reality, I can't imagine someone with a male organ in the same bathroom with me though...
