Photos of Gov.Wike's Newly Acquired Bulletproof Vans As His Students Are Stranded Abroad

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has just acquired two Bulletproof Office Vans.

This is coming few days after he ordered  the return of all Rivers State students who are on scholarship abroad giving lack of fund as an excuse.
