Photos From The Twin Bomb Blasts In Maiduguri Mosque Today

Photos have emerged of the tragic bomb attack that occurred today during prayers at a mosque in the Umurari area of Maiduguri, the Borno state capital.

The attack was reportedly perpetuated by two female suicide bombers who detonated the
explosives in the mosque killing 25 worshipers and leaving 18 people with varying degree of injury.

The first bomber reportedly struck inside the mosque, while the second blew herself up outside as survivors tried to flee.
