[PHOTO] Three Decomposing Human Heads, Weapons, Found in Onitsha Hotel

Three decomposing heads -two female heads and one male head- were found in Upper class hotel at 8, Old Market road by the Anambra State Police Command on Thursday.

Vanguard earlier reported that two decomposing heads were found but eye-witness report debunked this, confirming it was three decomposing heads.

The police were said to have invaded and searched every rooms in the hotel following a tip off and in the
course of the search found the decomposing human heads in a room close to that of the office of the owner of the hotel.

Also recovered were two AK47 riffles and a military cap.

When contacted about the military cap, the commander 302 Artillery Cantonment Onitsha, Col. T.A. Gagariga, said that the recovery of the Military regalia did not mean that soldiers were involved as such regalia could be procured in the market.

Mobs were also reported to be vandalizing stealing properties in the hotel though Police got the situation under control.

The Onitsha Police Area Commander, Mr. Benjamin Wordu reportedly confirmed the incident, adding that the suspect with the items recovered had been transferred to the Special Armed Rubbery Squad, SARS, Awkuzu, for further investigation.

When contacted, the State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Mr. Emeka Chukwuemeka, also confirmed the story stating that Police are still investigating.
