UPDATE: MTN Invited by NCC over Copyright Infringement of Baba 2010's Works

The Nigerian Copyright Commission, NCC, has sent an invitation letter to Nigeria's foremost mobile telecommunications company, MTN, over the
alleged copyright infringement of Mr Omenuwoma Okson Dovie AKA Baba 2010' s four musical works used by the company as callertunes/ ringtones for over three years.

In a letter dated 16th September 2015, NCC's prosecution department has asked MTN's Chief Executive Officer, Mr M. Ikpoki to appear before the Commission by 11am on Monday 28th September.
